Republic senior left-handed pitcher Tyler King has signed a national letter of intent to play at the University of Nebraska. King signed his letter on the first day of the NCAA’s fall signing period Wednesday. He had verbally committed to the Huskers earlier.
King complements a fastball in the upper 80s with one of the best curveballs in the state. He was a first-team all-state selection last year as a junior.
