Republic pulled out an overtime victory on the road at Marshfield Thursday, evening their record at 5-5 this season. The game-winner came from Julio Quezada, assisted by Mitchell Heinzler.
The goal was Quezada’s second of the night. He had scored previously on an assist from Payton Roetto to give the Tigers their first goal. Republic’s second goal of the night came when Jansen McQuerter put the ball into the net on an assist from Heinzler.
The Tigers are back in action next Tuesday against Cassville at home.
