Julio Quezada scored the game-winning goal about two minutes into overtime, as the Tigers prevailed in a rough-and-tumble game at Neosho 3-2 Thursday. The game-winner was Quezada’s second goal of the game. Both were assisted by Mitchell Heinzler.

Heinzler also scored a goal for Republic, assisted by Quezada.

The game was physical, with the officials pulling out several yellow cards throughout the game. One spectator was kicked out, too, in what coach David Ashby called a “pretty rowdy night.”

Republic evens its record at 4-4 this season.
