In a final tune-up before the Central Ozark Conference Tournament Wednesday, The Republic Lady Tigers finished third at the Carthage Invitational. Republic compiled a team score of 387, led by Katie Hamilton with an 87, good for third place. Alexus Mitchell, who has been the most improved player on the Republic roster over the past 2-3 weeks, finished with a 98.
Emma and Caroline Blanford each scored 101. Madison Beckham shot a 103 to round out the team scoring. Holly Casagrand finished at 109.
The Lady Tigers will be at Horton Smith Wednesday for the COC Tournament.
