Julio Quezada scored three goals and Dylan Brown added two, as the Tigers sprinted past McDonald County 8-1 Friday. Brown also had an assist for the Tigers.
Ray Rosas, Dawson Sjomeling, and Payton Roetto all added single goals for Republic, who went 2-1 for the week. The Tigers had beaten Branson 3-2 on penalty kicks early in the week, before losing 7-0 on the road at Carthage.
Republic is back on the field Monday against Greenwood in Springfield.
