Tigers Compete at State Power Lifting Event

Jack Geisler led the way among the Tigers who competed at the state power lifting competition at Glendale High School over the weekend.  Geisler placed third in the heavyweight class, lifting a total of 1,270 pounds.

The state champions lifted a total of 13,500 pounds. Republic had lifted 13,300 pounds in winning regionals, when competing with a full squad.
