Ozark’s Macey Putt and Lexi Johnston combined for 15 kills as perennial volleyball power Ozark put away Republic Tuesday night 25-16 25-13.
Republic won the first two points of the match, but Ozark reeled off 11 straight points and never looked back.
Rachael Combs had three kills to lead Republic. Bella Drennan contributed eight assists. Taegan Thomas had three blocks and Eryn Russell had 12 digs to pace the defense.
Republic falls to 12-8 overall. They’re 1-3 in the Central Ozark Conference.
