The Republic Middle School club tennis program will hold a meeting Wednesday (Oct. 19), followed by two days on the court for participants this month. Students who want to participate will be called out of Pride class on Wednesday.
Hit days at the courts are scheduled for October 20 and 27, weather permitting. They’ll be held at the courts at JR Martin Park (across the railroad tracks from the middle school).
Participants should bring athletic clothes and a tennis racket if possible, but rackets will be available on loan if needed. Republic High School coaches and current players will be coaches.
