The Republic Lady Tigers struggled against the full-court pressure of top-ranked Webb City, and ended their season with a loss in the sectional round of the playoffs, 60-34.  From the beginning, the Lady Cardinals used stifling full-court pressure to force turnovers and get easy baskets.  After the Lady Tigers took a 3-2 lead, Webb City rattled off 17 points in a row.  They led 23-6 at the end of the 1st quarter.

District Champs!

DistrictChampsThe Republic Lady Tigers used a balanced offensive attack to capture a district title with a 60-50 win over top-seeded McDonald County Friday.
