Tennis Tigers Stay Unbeaten in Conference

Republic knocked off another conference rival Monday night, defeating Carthage 8-1. The Tigers got off to a quick start with three doubles wins, then closed out the victory by winning five of six singles matches.

Republic improves to 4-0 in the Central Ozark Conference and 9-1 overall this season. The varsity team will be back in action Wednesday at home against Glendale.

The JV plays Tuesday against Springfield Central at the Gillenwaters tennis courts. The JV won against Carthage 11-2.
